Applying to Schedule/Fund a Colloquium or Seminar Speaker
Seminar speakers are scheduled with the individual seminar. However, you can apply for funding via the form below.
For Colloquium speakers, check the current schedule for open dates. Fill out the form above at least 4 weeks in advance and send to Henry and Margaret. Please fill it out the form even if you are not requesting funds.

The Visitors and Colloquium Committee will review your request and make a recommendation to the Chair of the Department about funding.

Note that typically each faculty member can receive support for one colloquium speaker or two seminar speakers ($900 max) in each academic year. Also, faculty with active funding are expected to contribute a good portion of their visitor’s expenses.
