Conference Support Procedures

Both CLAS and the UF Office of Research provide support for conferences. To apply for such funding, please follow these steps.

• UF Research Support of Meetings, Workshops, and Conferences form
• Complete a detailed budget using CLAS Conference Funding spreadsheet

Email these forms to the department chair. They will then forward them to the dean’s office. After approval from CLAS, the relevant associate dean will forward everything to the Office of Research for final approval. The organizer will receive confirmation from the Office of Research of the final level of support.
