Professor Calistus Ngonghala has been named a Harvard Radcliffe Fellow for the 2024-25 academic year. This prestigious fellowship, awarded to just 3.3 percent of applicants this year, is part of the Harvard Radcliffe Institute’s historic 25th anniversary class. The program annually selects and supports exceptional artists, scholars, and public intellectuals who have demonstrated both a record of achievement and extraordinary promise.
As a Radcliffe Fellow, Professor Ngonghala will be in residence at the Harvard Radcliffe Institute in Cambridge, Massachusetts, for the entire year. This fellowship offers him the rare opportunity to pursue an ambitious project in the Institute’s unique interdisciplinary environment, alongside some of the most thoughtful and innovative contemporary scholars across the humanities, sciences, social sciences, and arts.
