If the Travel is international  also do the following:

Follow the guidelines in UF-International-Travel-Check-List and fill out the International Travel Acknowledgement Form (pdf) and send to Margaret at least 2 weeks before you travel.

When you return, fill out one of these and with your receipts give it to Margaret
