Our Office manager Margaret Somers was a winner of a University Superior Achievement Award in the category of Office Administration, Human Resources & IT. Her citation read in part:
“Margaret’s energy and passion for performing her administrative responsibilities in her high-volume home unit (Math) are admirable in their own right. That she has been able to bring that passion and energy to a second unit while maintaining and even absorbing additional duties in her home unit is incredible. I have been at UF for over two decades, and Margaret is without question the most effective and efficient administrative staff member I have encountered here.”
